Update: All mailbox searching has returned to normal.

Update: Microsoft has been consulted to assist with this issue. We have made some changes to troubleshoot the issue and will need to wait up to a day for the change to propagate at which point we hope to have an action plan to resolve the issue. Otherwise another consultation session will be initiated tomorrow.

Incident report: At this time, some mailbox owners are experiencing slow or no results from mailbox searches. The issues are intermittent and our engineers are attempting to gather information as it is occurring. We will post more information when available.
