Incident report: Description:
START: 2000 Sunday 22 Oct
STOP: 2100 Sunday 22 Oct
SCOPE: All ResNet Wireless Access Points

In order to resolve a security vulnerability, we need to upgrade the wireless controllers in ResNet.

IMPACT: Sometime during the 2 hour window, APs will reboot and not function for up to 15 minutes. End user devices using any of the ResNet wireless networks will lose connectivity during the AP reboots.
