WHEN: Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 3 AM-5:30AM
SCOPE: Reload the switch to upgrade the IOS software code
IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to network switches muir-apm-prime-1-1-3850-stk,2-1,3-1-3850-48, and 4-1 for approx 30 minutes.
