WHAT: Reload network switch n-cncr-ctr-3-2-1-3850-stk WHEN: Saturday Feb 29, 2020 at 4 AM SCOPE: Upgrade the IOS software and reload the switch to resolve a software bug issue IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to devices connected to network switch n-cncr-ctr-3-2-1-3850-stk for approx 30 minutes.
