Fiber optic circuits cutovers are scheduled for the week of April 15th-19th. The work will be done in the evenings, 8PM to 4AM.

The cut over consists of a total of 45 fiber optic circuits in 3-5 evenings. A subset of them are the Health circuits listed below and will be migrated on the 16th:

CKT 1458 OC12 SDSC TO THORNTON IMAGING

CKT 1457 0C 12 SDSDC TO MED CTR IMAGING

CKT 1143 THORNTON TO 10300 CAMPUS PT DRIVE

CKT 1113 NODE M TO NODE L (THORNTON)

CKT 1652 8950 VIA LA JOLLA

CKT 1455 DWDM CAMPUS TO CONVOY TO HILLCREST.
