WHAT: Reload eng-ebu3b-4-2-3850-stk & eng-serf-1-1-3850-stk;(1-2;2-1;3-1 & 4-1) network switches WHEN: Tuesday, May 17th 03:00AM to 5AM SCOPE: Upgrade software code and reload switch to resolve software bug issue IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to devices connected to eng-ebu3b-4-2-3850-stk & eng-serf-1-1-3850-stk;(1-2;2-1;3-1 & 4-1) for a duration of 15 to 20 minutes.
