What: Firmware update for VoIP instruments When: 9/13/2022 at midnight to 9/13/2022 8 AM
Starting at Midnight 09/12/2022 ending Morning of 09/13/2022 by 0800 Telecom Voice team will be conducting firmware upgrades to VoIP desk phones. Only customers using Voice over IP desk phones will experience a complete phone service outage (phone numbers will be unreachable) during the scheduled time. Any customers experiencing issues after the upgrade should report their issue to the ITS-Telecom Customer Service Team by calling 858.534.4277.
