WHAT: Reload m-scc-forum-shank-3850-2; m-scc-dance-3850-24 & m-scc-forum-3850-24 network switches. WHEN: Thursday, May. 26 between 3:00 AM & 5:30 AM SCOPE: Upgrade software code and reload switch to IOS 16.9.5 IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to devices connected to: m-scc-forum-shank-3850-2; m-scc-dance-3850-24 & m-scc-forum-3850-24 for a duration of 15 to 20 minutes.
