WHAT: Reload the n-cncr-ctr-3-1-3850-stk network switch WHEN: Friday Feb 21, 2020 at 4 AM SCOPE: Upgrade the IOS software code and reload the switch to resolve a software bug issue IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to devices connected to network switch n-cncr-ctr-3-1-3850-stk for approx 30 minutes
