UC Learning Center Error

Status: resolved

Update: This issue has been resolved. The PPS datasync process has been corrected and all new UC San Diego employees since 7/7 are now in the LMS System.

Incident report: The PPS export and import process to LMS (UC Learning) has been broken since last Thursday. Any/all employees entered into PPS will not be imported into UC Learning until this issue is resolved. This issue will prevent any new employees from being able to login to the LMS system.

The UCOP and SumTotal engineers are working on this issue. No ETA on when it will be resolved.

Note: Existing users are not affected and can login normally.
