ITS has scheduled the following maintenance:
Time: 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM Location: Entire Rita Atkinson Building Job Description: Spectrum will be performing a network upgrade at Rita Atkinson.
Spectrum Outage: All Spectrum services at Rita Atkinson will be down during the above times for this upgrade. Residents will need to reconnect any device that needs to be connected to the Spectrum network after 6:00 am.
Access: HDH-ITS will request master keys to the below doors for Spectrum. The lead Spectrum technician, Mark Kuehni will be checking out the master keys from HDH Lock and Key. Spectrum will NOT need access into units or bedrooms during this time.
