We are aware that many incoming students are having issues accessing their newly created Active Directory accounts. If you are unable to access your account, please try:

1) Installing the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device
2) Going to duo.ucsd.edu on your computer, and then reactivate or remove+readd your mobile phone
