Monitoring
We are still investigating the root cause of the extension problem, but have put in place a solution that has restored campus caller's ability to use the Classroom Support extension. Thanks for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue. We will continue to monitor this fix for the next few hours. Please let us know if you have any problems using the extension.

We are still working with our telecom team and call center vendor to investigate why calls from campus to the 5 digit extension for Classroom Support (4-5784) are not working. Those needing Classroom Technology support should continue to use the 10 digit number (858-534-5784). Thanks for your patience.

The Service Desk classroom support line is not accepting 5 digit extension calls from campus phones. The dialing of the full 10-digit number still works.
