WHAT: Reload j-tpcs-3-7-9300-stk network switch WHEN: Wednesday May 17th between 3:00 AM & 5:30 AM SCOPE: Upgrade software code and reload switch to resolve software bug issue IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to j-tpcs-3-7-9300-stk switch for a duration of 15 to 20 minutes
