WHAT: Reload network switch n-cncr-ctr-5-1-3850-stk WHEN: Sometime between 3 AM and 5:30 AM on Thursday May 19, 2022 SCOPE: Reload the switch to upgrade the IOS software code from IOS version 03.07.04E to 16.09.05. IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to network switch n-cncr-ctr-5-1-3850-stk for approx 30 minutes.
