What: Upgrade of ADCOM and SIO Agg Firewall Clusters

ITS has scheduled the following maintenance:
When: Tuesday, April 29 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. PT
IMPACT: On Tuesday, April 29 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. PT, the Office of Information Assurance, Security Engineering Services, will be upgrading the firewalls that service the ITS ADCOM datacenter and the SIO Agg networks. These firewall clusters operate in a high availability cluster and take advantage of failover protocols to maintain network uptime. During the failover events, short, sub-minute, network interruption is expected as traffic moves over to the stand-by unit. There will be multiple reboots as we need to process through a few versions of firmware to follow a recomended upgrade path.
