ITS has scheduled the following maintenance:
When: Starting Thursday, February 12, 2026
Message: Starting Thursday, February 12, 2026, new users or users that have not used SMS for authentication in the last three (3) months, will no longer receive Duo passcodes by SMS text message when accessing UC San Diego Campus services. After this date, SMS will not be an option for completing Duo authentication. Users that have authenticated using SMS in the last three (3) months will be removed in four (4) weekly waves and will be notified of their upcoming removal one week in advance.
