WHAT: Reload bio-e-2-1-3850-stk network switch.

WHEN: Friday 8/9/19 4:00 AM

SCOPE: Upgrade software code and reload switch to resolve software bug issue

IMPACT: Loss of wired and wireless network connectivity to devices connected to bio-e-2-1-3850-stk switch for a duration of 15 to 20 minutes.
