On Monday, March 9 at 5:00 p.m. PT, the application known as IT Tools (https://ittools.ucsd.edu) will be updated to support a newer version of the DUO Universal prompt. DUO will be retiring the current integration on Tuesday, March 31. We expect little to no downtime associated with this update.
