IT Services has scheduled a software upgrade to the campus’s telephone
system. The campus telephone system’s numbers are those that start with
858-534, 858-822 and 858-246. Other phone numbers are supported by a
different telephone system and will not be affected.

During the upgrade campus telephone services will be unavailable from
9:00PM on Friday, April 20 until 1:00AM Saturday, April 21.

While all changes are compatible with existing telephone equipment, we
anticipate that in some cases you may need to reset one or all of the
following three phone features:

1. Accept 2nd Call
2. Follow Me
3. External Call Forward
