Update: Spam quarantine is offline, but no email is being lost. Mail currently bound for the quarantine will eventually be delivered.

Update: The centralized spam quarantine is currently not accepting new spam email. We have a case open with Cisco Support to resolve the issue.

Incident report: We are currently experiencing a higher than expected amount of email that is impacting some messages' delivery times.  A workaround is in place and new messages are not being delayed but previously queued messages are slowly being delivered.  We will post more information when it becomes available.
