ITS Security Proxy Service Issue

Status: resolved

Update: What was initially thought to have been a networking issue affecting BFS was actually an issue with the ITS Security Proxy service (AVproxy.ucsd.edu), and impacted several departments, including BFS. The issue has been resolved.
