Scope: reload the switch to try and resolve a possible hardware issue.

We are planning to upgrade DB2 LUW Production to version v11.5.8, our current version v11.1 is out support.
Eight servers 17 instances and twenty two databases will be upgraded.
It is required 4 hours downtime starting on Sunday, April 28 from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM.
Preparation work will start as soon as approval is completed.

Scheduled - Good morning HDH Admin,

We are planning the D8 NGN upgrades for the HDH Admin building for Wednesday, 4/17 and UC 409 for Tuesday, 4/16. Both upgrades will start at 8:30am on their scheduled dates and are expected to be completed by COB. This is a parallel cutover so each user can expect their connection to go offline for approximately 3 – 5 seconds.
